Right now I'm focused on two ends of AI: systems that take actions and systems that can talk naturally to people who do not care about technology. I spend most of my time between Eleanor and Run402, and the rest making sure the machines remain only moderately ridiculous.
Eleanor voice AI - making the conversations feel more natural and useful for seniors who use it daily. Run402 agent infrastructure - payment rails and orchestration for software that works like labor. Building out the x402 protocol with real partners.
How AI agents will actually pay for things. What voice interfaces look like when they stop trying to be Alexa. Whether the no-code thesis holds up when the code writes itself.
Fundraising. Social media strategy. Anything involving the word "ecosystem."
